Participant Charter

- 分 8 個基本組別: 科幻｜軍事車輛｜船艦｜航空｜人像｜民用｜情景｜學生 Divided into 8 categories: Sci-Fi｜Military Vehicles｜Military Vessels｜Aircrafts ｜Figures｜Civilians｜Dioramas｜Students
- 假如有混合題材作品, 作者必須從 8 個基本組別中選擇其中一個參賽。作者可以從哪個組別評分對其作品最為有利而作出決定 In case of mixed category, the author must choose one of the 8 basic categories to enter. Authors can decide on which group to score their work in the most favorable one.
- 大會有可能要求作品轉組別但通常以客觀善意且有利參賽作品評分而作出建議，作者有權拒絕轉組而繼續保留原組別內 The conference may require the work to be transferred to another category, but it is usually suggested in an objective, good-faith and favorable way to score the entries. The author has the right to refuse the transfer and remain in the original category.
- 首7 個主要組別評分將以主體(無論單一或多個)為主要評核對象, 其他一切主體以外例如地形/地台設計/人物/景物/背景等等佔比例分數相對較少均, 如參賽者想以情景作品為評核標準, 報名時也可考慮參加情景組 The first 7 main categories will be evaluated based on the subject (whether single or multiple) as the main assessment object, and all other elements such as terrain/ platform design/ character/ scenery/ background will only account for a relatively small percentage of scores. Participants who would like to being evaluate based on diorama standard could consider joining Diorama category.

- 部份組別會分級為初級組及專業組，包括: 科幻及奇幻人像 Some categories will be divided into standard level and master level. Including: Sci-Fi and Fantasy Figure
- 初級組鼓勵新手參賽，評分要求會比較簡單直接 Novices are encouraged to participate in the standard level, and the scoring requirements will be relatively simple and straightforward.
- 專業組對作品水平要求更高及技巧層次更廣，提供平台給高手們互相較量 The master level has higher requirements for works and a wider skill level, providing a platform for masters to compete with each other.
- 任何參賽者如曾經獲得任何公開比賽 (包括本地、外地、網上賽事) 冠亞季或金銀銅或更高等級奬項，均必需進入專業級組別。大會有權調動作品組別及級別 Any contestant who has won any public competition (including local, foreign, online competitions) championship, sub-season or gold, silver, bronze or higher-level awards must enter the master level. The conference has the right to adjust the category and level of works.
- 按情況大會有權臨時決定將初級組及專業組合拼為－組 According to the situation, the General Assembly has the right to temporarily decide to combine the standard level and the master level into one group.

- 每組每位參賽者為一個單位，以最高分數為該參賽者最終所得獎牌，例如他於該組有五件入圍作品，－件有金兩件有銀其他未達水平，該作者於這－組可獲金牌－個 Each participant in each group is a unit, and the highest score is the final medal for the participant. For example, he has five shortlisted works in this group, one with gold, two with silver, and others that have not reached the level. The author here will receive a gold medal in this group.
- 各組金牌作品再進行評審團投票，決定哪一件拿 BoS (全場總冠軍) The gold medal works of each group will be voted by the judges to decide which one will win the BoS (Best of Show).

- 比例不限, 但作品整體總尺寸 (包含所有伸出部份, 地台及保護罩外邊界) 不能超過各個組別的尺寸限制 No limitation on the scale. But the outer dimension (including all extended parts, base work, and protection case) of the work must compliance to the size limitations in each category.
- 所有作品題材基本上不限，但仍需附合香港法例及避免敏感題材，包括及不限於淫褻及不雅條例/兒童性罪行法例/強調政治立場等等，以免影響其他參賽者或參觀人仕；主辦單位亦有絕對權利在覺得不適合展出作品情況下立即取消作品參賽資格。There is no restriction on the subject matter of all works, but they must still comply with Hong Kong laws and avoid sensitive themes (including but not limited to the Obscenity and Indecent Act, Child Sexual Offenses Act, emphasis on political stance, etc.), so as not to affect other contestants or visitors. The organizer has the absolute right to immediately disqualify the entry if it is considered as not appropriate for display.
- 如參賽者對工作人員不禮貌（包括粗言穢語或肢體碰撞），會加以警告，如情況惡劣，主辦單位有權直接取消參賽資格（參賽費用將不鑊退還），敬請大家以禮相待及尊重各位義務工作人員。If the contestant is rude to the staff (including swearing or physical collision), he will be warned. If the situation continues, the organizer has the right to disqualify the contestant (the entry fee will not be refunded). Please treat each other with courtesy and respect all volunteer helpers.

- 所有參賽作品必須考慮其穩固性及安全性, 現場工作人員及評審會按需要而移動作品, 亦要考慮公眾參選人士的安全。All model work must consider their stability and safety. On-site staff and judges will move the model work as needed, and the safety of public candidates must also be considered.
- 作品應盡量穩固地固定在地台上, 有地台的作品亦方便工作人員及評審需要移動作品時以地台為手握位置而牽避免接觸到主體。model work should be fixed on the platform as firmly as possible. Works with a platform are also convenient for the staff and judges to use the platform as a holding position to avoid touching the subject when they need to move the work.
- 作品盡量避免伸出太過長而尖銳的部份, 所有發射/噴射/放電/轉動/郁動/閃光/激光/放煙/發熱等等的裝置必須考慮工作人員, 評審,公眾參選人士及附近作品的安全, 如有發現任何裝置會對任何人或任何作品產生危險, 主辦單位有絕對權利立即取消作品參賽資格及馬上移走作品到安全地方。Try to avoid too long and sharp parts of the model work, all devices that emit/jet/discharge/rotate/destroy/flash/laser/smoke/heat, etc. must consider the staff, judges, and public candidates and the safety of nearby works, if any device is found to be dangerous to anyone or any work, the organizer has the absolute right to immediately disqualify the work and remove the work to a safe place immediately.
- 所有作品必需於大會規定撤展時間內完成回收作品手續，所有沒人認領之作品/物品/工具於展覽會後棄置處理不作任何通知。All works must retreat within the exhibition dismantling time stipulated by the conference, and all unclaimed works/items/tools will be disposed of after the exhibition without any notice.
- 比賽期間主辦單位將盡力維持現場秩序並妥善保管所有參賽作品。唯現場參觀人數衆多，如發現有參賽作品被損毀，主辦單位只能盡力與相關各方協調解決方案，恕不承擔任何責任，敬請諒解 During the competition, the organizer will do their best to maintain order and take care of all entries. However, due to the large number of visitors, if any participating works are found to be damaged, the organizer could only try their best to coordinate a solution between the parties involved and will not take any responsibility. Thank you for your understanding!
- 主辦方有權按需要調動作品位置而不須另行通知 The organizer reserves the right to relocate the work without prior notice.

- 所有作品均需經大會審批，大會亦有權取消任何作品參賽資格，而不作另行通知。參賽者違反大會任何規定亦－律取消資格及奬項奬品 All works are subject to approval by the General Assembly, and the General Assembly reserves the right to disqualify any entry without prior notice. Participants who violate any regulations of the conference will also be disqualified and award prizes.
- 如比賽當日遇上颱風或暴雨等惡劣天氣, 請留意大會Facebook 專頁公怖的安排 If there is bad weather, such as typhoon or heavy rain, on the competition day, please pay attention to the public announcement on Facebook Fan Page.
